One lucky fan will win the Huddersfield Town Foundation Mini in May 2013 – all because they bought a raffle ticket priced at just £5!

The Mini One Countryman, which retails at around £17,000, will be given away to one lucky fan at the npower Championship home clash against Barnsley on Saturday 4 May 2013.

Tickets for the raffle – priced at £5 each – will be on sale at all of Town’s home games, with Town’s Golden Gamble staff selling them next to the Mini outside the North End of the Direct Golf UK Stand. Tickets will also be on sale at the Stadium Superstore, the Ticket Office, at Canalside Sports Complex.

The Mini was donated free of charge to the Huddersfield Town Foundation and all proceeds made through the draw will go back to the charity, which aims to help improve the quality of life for young people across Huddersfield and the West Yorkshire area.

Huddersfield Town Foundation Trustee Sean Jarvis commented:

“The Mini has an important role throughout the year, as it will promote the Foundation in our community as we undertake several exciting and important projects across Huddersfield and Yorkshire.

“However, arguably its most important task is to raise funds for the Foundation when it is raffled off at the end of the season and I hope Town fans get behind the draw.

“It’s going to be brilliant when one of our fans wins the car for an investment of only £5 – I’m already excited about it!
