The Town Foundation are looking to expand their ever-growing team as they continue to benefit people in Kirklees and the surrounding area.
VACANCY: HEALTH MANAGER – TOWN FOUNDATION
£25,000 per annum
35 hours per week
Fixed-term for two years in the first instance
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to support the aims of the Huddersfield Town Foundation by helping to improve the quality of life for people in our local and regional communities, through health interventions and associated projects.
In this role you will deliver and manage the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s ‘Health Initiatives’ projects, which includes programmes focused on weight management, lifestyles, healthy minds, sporting memories, a range of health-based community activities and the development of peer educators.
