27 May LADIES LUNCH TO RETURN TO THE MANOR HOUSE IN NOVEMBER!
The champagne and prosecco are on ice with the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s ‘Fizz Friday’ Ladies Lunch event set to return on Friday 19 November 2021!
Taking place at the Manor House Lindley, the event will be the Town Foundation’s first face-to-face fundraising event since the start of the pandemic last year.
Attendees will be treated to an afternoon full of entertainment and laughter, including a sit-down lunch, games, auction, and the chance to do some shopping with local retailers.
The event is also a fantastic opportunity to have an afternoon off, meet new people and have fun – all whilst raising money for a charity that supports people of all backgrounds across Kirklees.
Every penny raised stays within our local community, helping to maintain many of the Foundation’s projects across five key themes: Education, Health, Inclusion, Sport and Trust Fund.
One key initiative is the ‘Early Kick-Off’ Breakfast Club programme, which serves an average of 11,000 free breakfasts to local children per week.
The Foundation also runs several Health projects including Mental Health Football, which gives those living with Mental Health problems a chance to play sport and meet new people.
Its staff also facilitate a weekly walking group in partnership with Mencap Kirklees and Sporting Memories, which supports those at risk of loneliness or living with dementia.
Tickets can be purchased as a table of 10 for £500, or individually at £50 per person. You can also support the event via sponsorship or advertising.
To book your place or to enquire about supporting the event, please email Town Foundation Fundraising Executive Lisa Bottomley on lisa.bottomley@htafcfoundation.com.
The 2019 event was also hosted at the Manor House and raised an incredible £7,713, with more than 130 guests in attendance.
