20 Sep VACANCIES: NCS MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER!
Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s National Citizen Service (NCS) team!
The registered charity of Huddersfield Town is looking to recruit a Manager and Assistant Manager of the programme, which aims to provide 16 and 17 year olds a programme of activity that they’ll never forget.
Since 2019 the Town Foundation has delivered the programme to youngsters in North Kirklees, covering Batley, Dewsbury, Heckmondwike, Mirfield and the surrounding areas.
NCS MANAGER
The NCS Manager will be responsible for delivering a high quality programme, with specific aims and outcomes for young people.
In addition, the successful candidate will manage operational and administrative staff and be the main point of contact between the Town Foundation and the EFL Trust, the commissioning body.
£25,000 per annum
35+ hours per week
Fixed term for two years in the first instance

NCS ASSISTANT MANAGER
In this role the successful applicant will play a significant role in promoting the programme in schools, colleges and other local community settings.
As such, the NCS Assistant Manager must be confident in delivering presentations to young people and their parents in addition to being educated to Level 3 or higher in a relevant discipline.
£19,000 – £23,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
35+ hours per week
