Chief Operating Officer
The Foundation is looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the very first time, with the successful candidate being an integral member of the senior management team.
Applicants must have a proven track record in a senior leadership role, with experience of budget, people and project management all being key.
Salary: Circa £40,000 pr annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Head of Health and Wellbeing
In this new role you will lead on the strategic development of the Foundation’s health and wellbeing provision.
This involves working with a range of partners, managing projects and staff and ensuring service standards are consistently high. Applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent in a health-related subject or other relevant discipline.
Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

NCS Team Leader
We’re looking to recruit several team leaders as seasonal staff, supporting the delivery of our summer programmes to 15-17 year olds from north Kirklees.
You will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all participants within your group, supporting them as they develop new skills for life, experience new challenges and meet new people.
Short-term contracts are available for a four-week period and payment will be £1,000 gross for the duration of each two-week period.
