Don’t want your child sat indoors during the Summer half-term? The Town Foundation is offering a brilliant day’s entertainment for children aged between 6 and 12 with Huddersfield Town’s official Soccer Schools! 

With fully qualified Town Foundation coaches on hand to offer not only the best quality training, but fantastic fun, it is sure to be a brilliant day for all involved. 

The popular Soccer Schools will be taking place in two different locations in order to accommodate as many people as possible, with one being at Brighouse Juniors (HD6 2PB) on the following dates: 

Tuesday 30 May (6-12 year olds)

Wednesday 31 May (6-12 year olds)

Thursday 1 June (6-12 year olds)

Friday 2 June (6-12 year olds) 

As well as at Shepley Tennis Club (HD8 8DD) on the following dates: 

Tuesday 30 May (6-12 year olds)

Wednesday 31 May (6-12 year olds)

Thursday 1 June (6-12 year olds)

Friday 2 June (6-12 year olds) 

Coaching sessions at both locations will take place in the morning and afternoon (10am-3pm) and there may even be surprise appearances from Huddersfield Town First Team players, allowing people to ask questions, get autographs and pictures; creating memories with their heroes that they will never forget. 

The ever-popular Terry the Terrier will be visiting the children for pictures and FREE MEDALS will be available for all the young players involved at the end of the course, as well as a special trophy for the player of the course. 

There will also be a penalty shoot out for your child to put their shooting abilities to the test in what promises to be a fun day for everyone involved. 

Don’t forget to bring your packed lunch to the session but just in case you forget, a tuck shop will also be selling refreshments on the day.
