Are you looking for an Apprenticeship? Why not earn while you learn at the Town Foundation!
Huddersfield Town’s Official Charity are looking to recruit up to six apprentices to join an ever-growing team in the upcoming months.
There are both 12 and 24 month Apprenticeships available, which are accredited by Focus Awards in conjunction with Kirklees College. A Foundation Apprenticeship will give you experience of working in schools, the local community and on Huddersfield Town match days.
The Town Foundation and Kirklees College are offering the following two Apprenticeships; Level 2 Apprenticeship in Activity Leadership and Level 3 Apprenticeship in supporting teaching and learning in Physical Education and Sport.
Completion of the Level 2 Apprenticeship includes the following additional qualifications as a minimum:
– Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Activity Leadership
– Level 2 Award in Community Sports Leadership
– Functional Skills or GCSE qualification in English
– Functional Skills or GCSE qualification in Mathematics
– Level 2 Award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure and Learning
– FA Level 1 Award in Football Coaching
– Level 2 First Aid
If you chose to work towards the Level 3 apprenticeship, we will also include the following additional qualifications as a minimum:
– Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport
– Functional Skills or GCSE qualification in English
– Functional Skills or GCSE qualification in Mathematics
– Level 3 Award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure and Learning
