The Huddersfield Town Foundation is facilitating multi-sport holiday camps throughout the October Holidays.

Want to keep your children entertained this half-term? Bring them down to our multi-sport holiday camps at Hepworth Junior & Infant School.

The Huddersfield Town Foundation is facilitating a week full of fun for children who are interested in football and multi-sports where they have the ability to learn and take part in a wider variety of different sporting skills.

The Town Foundation coaches will deliver sports activities throughout the sessions, including, football, dodgeball and boccia with children having the ability to choose their preferred sporting game.

The Multi-Sports camps take place at Hepworth Junior & Infant school on Monday 28 October to Thursday 31 October for five to 11 year olds.

The camps will run from 9am-3pm each day and cost £15 per day or £25 for two days.

Participants must bring, trainers, a packed lunch and plenty to drink for their fun-filled day!

The Huddersfield Town Foundation is working with Hepworth Junior & Infant School in Kirklees to raise much needed funds for their school.

The money raised through the multi-sports camps at Hepworth Junior & Infant School will go directly to improving the Physical Education provision at the school, through the Foundation Premier League Primary Stars Programme.

Any surplus income from the holiday camps will be split between the School and Huddersfield Town Foundation to help support educational programmes both within the Hepworth community and the wider Kirklees area.

Adam Davies, Huddersfield Town Foundation Premier League Primary Stars Manager, commented:

“The holiday camps at Hepworth Junior & Infant school are fantastic to help the children stay active during the holidays.

“The camps also help generate income which Huddersfield Town Foundation put back into the school by delivering a full day of Physical Education sessions with the Premier League Primary Stars programme”.
