03 Apr TAKE PART IN OUR EASTER EGG DECORATING CHALLENGE!

With Easter Sunday just over a week away, the Huddersfield Town Foundation is issuing supporters of all ages a creative challenge.

Eggs in chocolate form are of course synonymous with the occasion, but the Foundation is asking you to hard boil an actual egg before letting your creative juices flow.

We want to see your best designs with a Huddersfield Town theme. You could draw your favourite player or focus on something to do with them, such as their country’s flag.

Similarly, you could try and recreate the Club Crest or the John Smith’s Stadium. If that sounds too difficult, you could always write ‘HTAFC’ and decorate it in Blue and White.

No means of decoration are off limits, with pen, paint, glitter and paper all possible options to get creative.

If you want to test yourself even further, you could even try to build the John Smith’s Stadium out of egg boxes and other recycled materials.

With the competition running parallel to the first week of the Easter holidays, this is a fantastic opportunity to keep the children entertained whilst also having a go yourself!

The competition is set to run from today (Friday 3 April) and entries will be accepted until Friday 10 April.

After having a few days off to enjoy our Easter eggs, the winner will be announced by a member of the Huddersfield Town First Team squad in the week commencing Monday 13 April.

With many children now at home following the closure of schools in line with government guidelines, the Town Foundation is keen to help parents keep them busy with useful resources and activities.
